By creating an account or using the Stickies app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User-Supplied Content

Stickies allows you to import, create, and share images and stickers. You are solely responsible for all content you upload or import into the app. By using Stickies, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for, any images or content you upload or import.
  • Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

Stickies does not provide or distribute third-party content. All sticker content created through the app is user-supplied. Users retain ownership of their original content. By uploading or creating content through Stickies, you grant Stickies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, reproduce, and modify your content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our services. This license continues even if you stop using our services, but only for content already shared or distributed. Stickies is not responsible for verifying the ownership or legality of user-uploaded content. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Stickies to:

  • Upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Create or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload content containing violence, hate speech, or illegal material.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use, including uploading infringing or prohibited content.

6. Disclaimer

Stickies is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any content uploaded by users. Users assume all risks associated with the content they create, upload, or share through the app.
